Profile we're looking for

• Experience in one of the following fields: management, finance, law, marketing, technology, music, arts and culture, or any other relevant area.

• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to approach challenges in innovative ways.

• Commitment to Santa Teresa’s mission and values.

• Availability to participate in Board of Directors meetings and key Santa Teresa events.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Santa Teresa’s strategies.

• Participate in board meetings and share your expertise to help inform important decisions.

• Support Santa Teresa’s development and fundraising initiatives.

• Act as an ambassador for Santa Teresa and promote our activities and events.

• Play a key role in the development and growth of the Santa Teresa Festival.

• Collaborate closely with a passionate and dedicated team.

• Help showcase outstanding local and international musical talent.
